KOSMODGK reserves the right to unilaterally and without notice modify or renew these terms and conditions of transactions made through its online store, in accordance with its needs and commercial laws. Any modification will not affect contracts already drawn up.

The content (e.g. information, names, photographs, illustrations, etc.), the products and the services provided on its website are made available by KOSMODGK “as is”. KOSMODGK takes every possible care to ensure the accuracy, correctness and completeness of the information contained on the website, both with regard to the essential characteristics of the products and their correct description, as well as the accuracy of the data concerning the company and the services provided by it through its online store. However, KOSMODGK, in the context of good faith, is not bound, nor is it liable in any way, due to any technical or typographical errors, due to incorrect display of the products due to the user’s equipment or due to incorrect information, which has arisen unintentionally or is due to any breach of the website’s security, to unlawful intervention by a third party or to reasons of force majeure.

User Obligations

Especially in cases of purchases paid for by credit card, the users’ credit card details are not registered or stored in any way, which are registered directly to a secure banking institution link.

Buy Products
To facilitate your search, we have chosen a simple process: Using the “search” option, you will easily be guided to the specific product you want. In case you wish to place an order, please complete the order form in Greek. The company makes every effort to provide high quality services. However, cases of errors in prices and secondary product characteristics cannot be ruled out and it cannot be guaranteed that there will be no website downtime or “human” errors when updating/indicating the price of a product. For the safety and efficiency of your purchases, we invite you to contact us at 2106021570 or via the website’s email address before proceeding with your order. When you place your order, you will receive an automated e-mail confirming receipt of your order and stating the details of your order, including the date of receipt of the products. If there is any pending issue with your order, you will be sent a corresponding e-mail. Alternatively, we will contact you at the telephone numbers you have provided us with when registering or placing the order on our site. Please ensure that you receive them and keep them safe throughout our transaction.
Return – Product Replacement
A. You have the right to return the products you purchased, accompanied by a completed product return form, which you will find in the packaging of your order, within 30 calendar days from the date indicated on the warranty card and to have your money refunded. In the event of a return of the products and provided that the products have been received and checked by KOSMODGK, the company is obliged to refund the price you have paid within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products, using the same payment method chosen when ordering.
B. You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement with other identical products to those ordered or to request a refund of the price paid: a) in all cases in which, due to our proven fault, you were delivered products other than or substantially different from those you ordered, b) in all cases in which there was a proven defect in the product delivered to you or its agreed quality is missing, the product is under warranty and is not otherwise provided for by the warranty. The return costs are borne by KOSMODGK. KOSMODGK is liable for compensation in the event of a lack of an agreed quality or the existence of a defect only if this has been caused by its fault, in which case it is not liable for slight negligence.
C. You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their exchange with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or with an additional price if you wish within a period of 30 calendar days from the date indicated on the warranty card, under the express condition that the product to be exchanged remains intact and unused. A second exchange, i.e. exchange of already exchanged products, is not permitted. Upon receipt of the product, we recommend that you personally check the product delivered and confirm that its packaging remains intact.
Specifically regarding return-replacement you must:
1. The product to be replaced-repaired must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
2. The product to be replaced-repaired must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage, and its packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition, along with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. Retail Certificate, warranty, etc.). When returning the product, the official warranty given upon receipt as well as the certificate of authenticity must be returned.
3. The product to be replaced must not have been used.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation of the order may be made in the following cases:
1. Before the order is completed, during the online ordering process, you can go back and remove the quantities of products from your cart by selecting “-“ (minus).
2. If the online order has been completed, but the product has not yet been shipped, you can call 2106021570 and one of our associates will take care of the cancellation of your order. This option is available to you until we inform you that your order has been shipped.
Payment Methods
1. Payment via Credit Card or Debit Card:
The online store of KOSMODGK accepts all Visa, Mastercard credit cards. Your transactions in our online store are protected by the highest online security systems which guarantee a safe transaction environment. For the security of transactions during the purchase process via credit card, you are transferred to a secure server at the National Bank of Greece. For purchases with your credit card, follow the instructions in our online store. You will be asked to complete the order form and the number and expiration date of your credit card. KOSMODGK, for greater security, does not retain or store your credit card details, as a result of which for each purchase you make you must re-enter your credit card details. In the event that you choose to pay by credit card, you must be present when receiving your order with your credit card and your ID. In this case (i.e. payment via credit card) the receipt of the order by a third party is not permitted. If the order is placed on behalf of a company, then the credit card used must be a corporate card, i.e. it must have been issued to the details of the respective company. Also, the authorized holder must be present with the credit card and their ID upon delivery.
2. Payment by cash on delivery or by card upon receipt of the order at your location:
You pay the courier company employee. The cash on delivery payment method is valid within Attica.
3. Payment by cash deposit into a bank account:
You pay your order in advance to the following bank account, National Bank of Greece GR1101100750000007501207315, and send us a copy of the bank payment order. Upon receipt of the copy of the bank payment order, we will ship your order to you.
Prices of products sold
The prices listed for each product include VAT. KOSMODGK reserves the right to adjust prices.
In any case, although we make every effort to accurately display the information and prices listed in our online store, we cannot rule out the possibility of typographical or technical errors in product prices and features. For this reason, we recommend that you contact our Customer Service Department at 2106021570 or via the website’s email address to confirm the price before making any payment and completing your order.
Order / Product Delivery / Shipping Costs
Orders regarding the shipment of products within Greece only are accepted.
Order Completion: Once you place your order, you will see a message confirming your order has been completed. Please check your email. We have sent you a confirmation email with the details of your order.
Delivery dates and times: Orders are shipped within 3-6 days, with delivery to the location you have indicated via courier service. Delivery days are usually from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The above deadline does not apply during periods of extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect transport times.
For purchases under 99 euros, there is a shipping fee of 3 euros, which is borne by the customer, while for purchases over 99 euros, shipping is free.
Order delay
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
A. The product has been delayed in being shipped by our supplier:
In this case, we will contact you to ask if you would like us to deliver your order without this product or to suggest an alternative. We will send this item to you immediately after receiving it from us.
B. The product you ordered is out of stock and unavailable:
In this case, our company will contact you immediately to provide you with all alternative solutions.
C. During periods of extreme weather events or strikes, as well as in any case of force majeure that may affect the transportation and delivery of your order.
D. In the event that it is impossible to contact you by telephone and/or by e-mail (if a problem occurs with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because, for example, the information you have entered is not correctly updated.
